cheating

Its kind of ridiculous that grown men who are getting paid millions of dollars and have everything in the palm of their hands, have to use all different types of methods to cheat. For the past couple of years all you have been hearing about is the steroid issue going on in baseball and now how its spreading rapidly to all mainstream sports, but the cheating doesnt stop there as we saw on Sunday with the New England Patriots.
The Patriots were using video cameras to watch the Jets' defensive signals to get a better idea of what kind of defense they were throwing at them. I am not a Patriot fan by any respect but for the past decade even if you didnt like them you would have to respect them. Now after these accusations came out how can you believe that they won those 3 super bowls without cheating.
I think it's pretty pathetic that this isn't a bigger issue because everyone for the past 7 or 8 years has been all over Barry Bonds for steroids and he didn't even got caught doing them, the Patriots were caught red handed blatantly taping the Jets signals. So what were the punishments? Forfeits? Nope. Suspensions? Nope. The Patriots and head coach Bill Belicheck got a slap on the wrist with a fine to Belicheck and the organization and the loss of a draft pick. I heard people say that this was a good and reasonable punishment and to this i ask huh?
This is just another stunt by the NFL trying to keep their image from getting tainted. Hahaha. The NFL is pretty much in shambles right now with the Mike Vick, Pacman Jones, Lance Briggs, and that steroids and HGH issue just to name a few. If the NFL and Roger Goddell want to improve their image then they should make an example of Belicheck and the mighty Patriots and turn the NFL back into a league that just plays football.
